Chamet is a space where people from around the world can connect, communicate, and explore new friendships. To keep our platform positive and respectful, we've established clear Community Guidelines that outline the behaviors we expect and the ones we prohibit.

These rules help foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all users, and we enforce them through proactive moderation and strict penalties for violations.

Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe, healthy, and orderly Chamet community—and to protect every user's rights—please adhere strictly to the following rules. Any violation may incur warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, device blacklisting, fines, or a combination thereof, depending on severity.

Chamet Child Safety Policy

Chamet has zero tolerance for any form of child abuse, exploitation, or sexual activity involving minors. Any user who violates Chamet's Minor Protection Policy will be permanently banned and may also face legal action from law enforcement authorities.

Age Restrictions

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to access the Chamet platform.
  • Any attempt to falsify age to access the platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts will be suspended or deleted upon discovery.
  • Chamet employs a combination of human moderation and intelligent monitoring systems to detect and prevent underage activity and any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Attempts to bypass detection will not be tolerated.

Explicitly Prohibited Activities

1. Sexualization of Minors and CSAE

  • Creation, sharing, or distribution of any CSAE content is strictly prohibited.
  • No fetishization of minors, including related discussions, suggestive performances, or provocative attire.
  • Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including drawings or animations, are not allowed.

2. Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors

  • No physical violence against minors.
  • No psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
  • No depictions or encouragement of dangerous activities involving minors.
  • No promotion or depiction of neglect, trafficking, or sale of minors.

3. Minor Representation on the Platform

  • Minors are not allowed to appear in livestreams, videos, or any content on the platform.
  • No creation or management of accounts on behalf of minors.
  • No falsifying age to access the platform.

Reporting Mechanism

  • Any incident involving child abuse will be reported to relevant protection agencies or law enforcement in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Users can report suspicious activity via the in-app reporting tool or by emailing the official reporting address.
  • Any user convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, will be permanently banned.

Penalties

  1. Any violation of child safety policies will result in a permanent ban of the account and all associated devices.
  2. Chamet will cooperate fully with law enforcement in severe cases.

Chamet Privacy Protection

Chamet strictly prohibits any infringement of privacy or the distribution of private content without explicit consent. Any private images, videos, or personal information must not be recorded, captured, sold, or shared without the subject's clear permission.

Technical Measures Against Screen Recording

To maximize user privacy protection, Chamet has deployed multi-layer safeguards at both client and server levels to detect and block all forms of screen recording and external capture during live interactions. If a risk is detected, protective measures will be applied immediately to prevent unauthorized content acquisition.

Strict Enforcement & Penalties

If any user or device is found to have shared or distributed unauthorized recordings or private content, Chamet will:
  1. Immediately remove the offending content.
  2. Permanently ban the account.
  3. Blacklist the device to prevent future registration or login.

Account Security Tips

  • Always protect your personal privacy. Do not display sensitive information or engage in any activities that violate the platform's content guidelines during video calls.
  • Use a strong, unique password (12+ characters with letters, numbers, and symbols).
  • Be cautious of phishing attempts—Chamet will never ask for your password or request a transfer via email or private message.

Penalties: Permanent account ban; permanent device ban; serious cases will be referred to law enforcement.

Other Prohibited Conduct

Rumors & False Information

Chamet is committed to building a trustworthy environment. Deliberately spreading false information that misleads users or damages the platform's reputation will be treated as a serious violation.

Violation: Fabricating or distributing unverified rumors; falsified screen recordings; maliciously misrepresenting others or platform policies; coordinated fake reports.
Penalties: Permanent account ban; all associated devices blacklisted.

Adult Content & Body Exposure

Chamet is a social and entertainment platform, not an adult-services site. No sexual or suggestive material is allowed.

Violation: Live sexual acts; sexual solicitation; nudity or sexual content, including exposure of sexual organs; deliberate emphasis on intimate body parts.
Penalties: Content removal; repeated violations lead to feature restrictions (live streaming, video chat, random chat) and ultimately account suspension.

Fraud & Scamming

We aggressively target any attempt to defraud users of gifts, money, or personal data under the guise of Chamet.

Violation: Impersonating staff; emotional or financial scamming; phishing links; misleading payment requests.
Penalties: Account ban; monetary fine equal to the defrauded amount; device blacklisting for serious cases.

Account Security & Hacking

Every user's account is their own. Unauthorized access or malicious intrusion is forbidden.

Violation: Sharing, trading or using login details without consent.
Penalties: Account ban; device blacklisting; possible fine.

Circumvention & Cheating

To preserve fairness, bypassing our security measures is strictly prohibited.

Violation: Use of VMs, emulators, VPNs, proxies, or other tools to evade face verification or IP/geolocation restrictions.
Penalties: Account ban; device blacklisting; possible fine.

Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to boost metrics, evade sanctions, or farm gifts is not allowed.

Violation: Repeated registration; switching accounts to avoid penalties; mass account farming.
Penalties: Related new accounts banned for face verification.

Inappropriate Profile Images

Profiles must reflect the real user. Stolen, AI-generated, or any inappropriate image is not allowed.

Violation: Using someone else's photo; frequently uploading vulgar or violent avatars; implying false identity.
Penalties: Profile image removal; repeated violations result in account suspension.

Other Misconduct

Including but not limited to:
  • Harassment, hate speech, and discrimination
  • Violence, gore, and animal abuse
  • Self-harm and suicide
  • Illegal transactions and prohibited items
  • Intellectual property and copyright violations
  • Spam, automation, and data scraping
Penalties: Content removal; account ban or device ban for severe cases.

Enforcement & Appeals

  1. Monitoring: We employ AI detection and human review to identify and act on violations in real time.
  2. Sanctions: Measures range from content takedown and feature restrictions to permanent account/device bans and financial penalties.
  3. Appeals:
    1. If you believe a penalty was issued in error or wish to request leniency, you may submit an appeal through in-app Customer Support within 3 business days.
    2. Please include all relevant evidence and a clear explanation.
    3. In some cases, users may request reinstatement by submitting a written commitment not to violate the guidelines again.
    4. Chamet will review all appeals and issue a decision within 10 business days.

Updates & Right of Final Interpretation

  1. Ongoing Revisions: These guidelines are reviewed regularly to reflect legal changes, technological advances, and user feedback. Chamet reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any provision at its discretion.
  2. Notice Period: Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We recommend reviewing this page often. Continued use of Chamet after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  3. Final Interpretation: Chamet reserves the exclusive right to interpret these guidelines. In case of dispute, we may supplement or adjust provisions in line with legal requirements and operational needs, and issue a binding decision.

Safety Guide

Protect Yourself Online

  • Keep conversations on Chamet – Until you fully trust someone, keep voice/video calls and messages inside the app. Be cautious if they push to move to other platforms.
  • Protect your personal information – Do not share your address, ID/passport numbers, verification codes/OTP, banking or crypto details, work location, daily routines, or travel plans with strangers.
  • Reject off-app transfers or gifts – Decline any requests for money, gift exchanges, or cryptocurrency. Report such requests immediately.
  • Use a strong, unique password – At least 12 characters with letters, numbers, and symbols. Never reuse passwords across platforms.
  • Beware of phishing attacks – Chamet will never ask for your password or money via email or private message. Always verify links before clicking.

Use Safety Tools

  • Report: Tap avatar to open their profile → Tap the warning icon in the top right → Select a report category → Add details (time, user ID, screenshots/recordings if safe) → Submit. Our team will review promptly.
  • Block: Tap avatar to open their profile → Tap ⋯ → Select "Add to Blacklist" → Confirm. The user will not be notified and will no longer be able to contact or view you.

Prevent Image & Video Misuse

  • Chamet uses multi-layer anti-recording technology to help block screen capture during live interactions.
  • If you suspect someone has recorded or shared your content without consent:
    • End the video call and block the user immediately.
    • Report the user via Chamet.
    • Contact local law enforcement if applicable.
  • Non-consensual sharing of intimate content is strictly prohibited and may be illegal.
